Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds Policy:

  • Digital services (including emailed readings) are non-refundable once delivered, in line with UK consumer law for personalised digital content.

  • Technical issues outside my control (internet failure, platform outages) will be handled with reasonable rescheduling where possible.

Refund Policy – Video Call Readings:

Video call readings are time-based services and require advance scheduling.

  • You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the agreed session time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable, as time has been reserved.

  • If you fail to attend the scheduled session without notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

  • If you do not respond to arrange a date and time within 7 days of purchase, the booking will be cancelled. In this case, a 50% refund will be issued to cover time reserved and administrative costs.

  • All sessions are scheduled in UK time (GMT/BST). It is the customer’s responsibility to check time zone differences.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation Policy – Emailed Readings:

Emailed readings are personalised digital services, delivered within 72 hours of purchase.

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund provided the reading has not yet been started.

  • Once work on your reading has begun, or once the reading has been delivered by email, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • If you fail to provide a valid email address at checkout, or do not respond to reasonable contact attempts, delivery delays are not grounds for a refund.

By purchasing an emailed reading, you acknowledge that the service is personalised and that work may begin immediately.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation & Returns – Physical Items:

Physical items are covered by your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Please contact us promptly with details and photographs where applicable.
