How to Use This Deck

• Elemental balance spread: draw one card from each suit (Earth, Water, Fire, Air) to see where you are grounded, where you flow, where you burn, where you breathe.

• Quintessence draw: draw one of the two extra cards to reveal overall theme or central guidance around which all else orbits.

• Shadow check: After drawing a card, reflect on both its key meaning and its deeper/shadow note. The shadows often reveal what must be healed or observed.
