Each reading is completed offline in one focused session and written as a cohesive interpretation rather than a card-by-card transcript.

What’s included

• A written reading of approximately 1 page, sent as a single email

• Clear interpretation, practical insight, and reflective integration 

• This reading includes one brief clarification question, which can be sent within 48 hours of delivery.

What I’ll need from you

At the checkout, please answer ALL of the following:

1) Full name of the recipient

2) Question for the reading

3) Any additional notes. This can include your preferred tone (gentle / direct / reflective), and anything you’d like me to avoid. 

No personal histories are required.

Delivery timeframe

Your reading will be delivered within 72 hours of receiving your details.

Because each reading is written individually, this timeframe allows for care rather than haste.

• I do not offer readings on:

  • death timing

  • third-party spying or consent-violating questions

• I reserve the right to reframe questions to keep the reading ethical and constructive.

• Incomplete information may result in shortened sessions without refund.

• All content provided during readings remains my intellectual property and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

• By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Cancellation Policy – Emailed Readings:

Emailed readings are personalised digital services, delivered within 72 hours of purchase.

• You may cancel your order for a full refund provided the reading has not yet been started.

• Once work on your reading has begun, or once the reading has been delivered by email, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• If you fail to provide a valid email address at checkout, or do not respond to reasonable contact attempts, delivery delays are not grounds for a refund.

By purchasing an emailed reading, you acknowledge that the service is personalised and that work may begin immediately.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

• Technical issues outside my control (internet failure, platform outages) will be handled with reasonable rescheduling where possible.
