Live reading

A live, 60 minute face-to-face, comprehensive cartomancy reading via video call (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Zoom, etc). Will use a mix of divination and oracle cards for an in-depth reading. You must provide a valid email address at checkout. You will be contacted by email to arrange a suitable date and time, and to receive the video call link. Please note all sessions are scheduled in UK time (GMT/BST). This service is for personal insight, reflection and entertainment purposes only. 

If you do not respond or arrange a date and time within 7 days of purchase, the booking will be cancelled. As this is a time-based service, refunds following cancellation due to non-response are subject to our cancellation policy (please see below, or read our Terms and Conditions page).

By booking a reading, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you engage with Elowenwald’s offerings of your own free will.

• I reserve the right to decline or terminate a session at any time if a request feels inappropriate, unsafe, or beyond the scope of a card reading.

• I do not offer readings on:

  • health diagnoses or treatment

  • legal matters

  • gambling outcomes

  • death timing

  • third-party spying or consent-violating questions

• I reserve the right to reframe questions to keep the reading ethical and constructive.

• Late arrivals or incomplete information may result in shortened sessions without refund. 

• Technical issues outside my control (internet failure, platform outages) will be handled with reasonable rescheduling where possible.

• All content provided during readings remains my intellectual property and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

• By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Refund Policy – Video Call Readings:

Video call readings are time-based services and require advance scheduling.

• You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the agreed session time for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable, as time has been reserved.

• If you fail to attend the scheduled session without notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

• If you do not respond to arrange a date and time within 7 days of purchase, the booking will be cancelled. In this case, a 50% refund will be issued to cover time reserved and administrative costs.

• All sessions are scheduled in UK time (GMT/BST). It is the customer’s responsibility to check time zone differences.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
